This included construction services for the entire project and the implementation of building hardening design, while meeting Canadian standards. Through Global Affairs Canada (GAC), Infrasecure Group’s role was to provide construction management, administrative and technical support to a local general contractor with the remaining portion of their contract. Infrasecure also provided on-going support to implement project management tools and effective resource allocations.
