Infrasecure provided management for a mid-life recapitalization and expansion of the embassy with a total project value of $11,000,000. This included construction services for the entire project and the implementation of building hardening design, while meeting Canadian standards. Through Global Affairs Canada (GAC), Infrasecure Group’s role was to provide construction management, administrative and technical support to a local general contractor with the remaining portion of their contract. Infrasecure also provided on-going support to implement project management tools and effective resource allocations.

Infrasecure Group provided management and technical support in order to complete the construction of a protective enclosure for the West Block ECP (entry control point). The solution was provided by the installation of the Dynasystems Dynacell protective panel system, that ensures that only minimal damage would be sustained in the event of a blast, and the structure could be easily and quickly restored in both form and function to its pre-attack condition.
